Friends of ours hosted an Easter egg hunt and potluck dinner the weekend before Easter and Levi had a blast. We didn't think that he would really understand what was going on (and didn't even take a basket for him) but he proved us wrong. Luckily, hostess extraordinaire Niki had an extra basket for him and he was released from the house with the other little kids to search for eggs. He was shocked to find eggs in the grass but followed the other kids and started stashing them in his basket.
And then he discovered that there was stuff inside of the eggs! We didn't bother telling him that it was candy so we managed to escape without a sugar high :)

And here's our cute boy playing soccer after the egg hunt. He actually has a pretty good kick - maybe he'll have his dad's athletic abilities!
